This week, GPS manufacturer Garmin, announced the motorcycle specific GPS, the Zumo 450.

Garmin Zumo 450
The Zumo 450 is based on the bigger (and more expensive) Zumo 550 version, i.e., it's made for motorcycles, you can use it with gloves, big oversized buttons on the left, light sensor, water proof, rugged, vibration proof, etc etc.

The biggest difference is that the 450 does not have Bluetooth (meaning you can't use a wireless headset/helmet to hear its instructions, not can you link your Bluetooth telephone to it), nor does it have the text-to-speech capability, or the XM radio (US models).

The last 2 items I can live without, but to go back to being wired to the motorcycle I can not...

The unit will be sold for around US$ 857 starting this quarter.
