Sounds like a fun fight... I'd like to be in the courtroom for this one. The Hells Angels are suing Disney (no, not the other way around) for trademark infringement (again, it's Hells Angels suing Disney, not the other way round. Disney is notorious for protecting their trademarks, now the shoe is on the other foot) in Disney's new movie "Wild Hogs" {link}.
The Hells Angels, rightfully, are claiming that Disney are using their trademark (emblems, name, etc) in promoting the still-to-be shot move. All the articles I've read about the movie clearly state that Travolta, Allen and Lawrence run into a group of real Hells Angels.
Go get'em Angels !
