Today, the first official day of the EICMA exhibition sees a list of 18 press conferences, spread out of miles of stands. Running between them shows that it's impossible to cover all, so we're cherry picking.

At each conference, there are press kits, which will allow me to make a more in-depth report on the motorcycles we see later next week. For the time being, here are the 1st impressions.

Husqvarna, introduced their STR 650 CRC:

EICMA Husqvarna

The STR 650 is a, no surprise, 650 cc motorcycle, with 6 gears and electric starter.

EICMA Husqvarna

It's a road bike, away from their comfort area, the off-road motorcycle.

EICMA Husqvarna

It's very slim (so is the motorcycle).

Looks good. More when I read their press kit.
